Paragraph 3. of the Consumer Protection Act (Narodne novine, No. 41/14) informs consumers that complaints with which they express their dissatisfaction with the purchased product or the services provided may be submitted in writing in these business premises and they will without delay, in writing, confirm receipt of that objection.
